Senior Commercial Manager
The Resolute Group are working with a key client in the Infrastructure sector who is about to undergo a major programme upgrade. This is a senior commercial leadership role reporting to the Commercial Director, focused on a new build programme of works in London.
- Location: London
- Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 basic + Bonus + Package
- Work Type: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Role Description
As a Head of Commercial, you will manage the project commercial costs and contractors on site. Your portfolio will be valued at around £300m, delivering various packages to different suppliers within the supply chain, based around Civil Engineering, Utilities, Enabling works, and on-site infrastructure. This is a 5-year programme currently under development, offering a great opportunity to join at the start and build your team.
- Framework Leadership - Contract negotiation and work allocation to contractors.
- Contract Lifecycle Management – Managing a team handling cost management, performance management, and dispute management.
- Contract Strategy – Working with central procurement to re-procure packages as opportunities arise.
- Leadership – Lead a small team of Commercial professionals managing the programme.
Requirements
- Degree – Minimum requirement
- Major project experience ideally under NEC or bespoke contracts around NEC
- Living in or around London (3 days office per week)
