We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer who’ll take our sourcing strategies to the next level. You'll develop our talent pipelines to bring the world’s top A-Players to [Employer hidden].

What you'll be doing
- Building and implementing sourcing strategies
- Helping to develop talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
- Working with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data
- Utilising our ATS to store, manage, and engage talent pools of appropriate candidates
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer
- Experience sourcing software engineering roles (both IC and manager levels)
- Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top-of-the-market talent in financial services or tech firms
- A deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
- The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process
- A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale
- The ability to set priorities and act facing competing demands
- Great problem-solving skills
- The ability to use data to make strategic and tactical decisions
Compensation range
Poland: PLN7,200 - PLN12,500 gross monthly
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
