Activities Assistant

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant for Ford Place in Thetford. The role involves supporting residents to live fulfilling lives through stimulating activities, community connections, and helping them learn new skills. Role Responsibilities

  • Always supported by an Activities Coordinator
  • Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives
  • Offering stimulating activities to help residents enjoy every day
  • Looking for opportunities to make community connections and bring fun to the home
  • Helping residents learn new skills and make new friends
  • Part time - 16 hrs a week - 9am to 5pm - able to work alternate weekends

Skills You'll Need

  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
  • A self-starter, who can generate ideas and enthusiasm
  • A good level of written and spoken English, plus IT skills
