We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist to join our front of house team based at our [Employer hidden] KIA Motor Trade Dealership in Warwick.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Maintain customer areas and drink facilities within the Dealership.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, employees and guests.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of office information.

Work Schedule

Monday - Tuesday - 8am-17.30
Wednesday - 8am-12.30
