Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Maintain customer areas and drink facilities within the Dealership.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, employees and guests.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of office information.
Work Schedule
Monday - Tuesday - 8am-17.30
Wednesday - 8am-12.30
