Job Description
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a full time Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our thriving team at [Employer hidden] of Redditch on a 12-month, fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Previous Motor Trade Administration experience would be ideal, but is not essential.
As part of our fast-paced and successful Motor Trade Dealership representing KIA, KIA PBV and Suzuki you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of vehicle sales.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Effective with time management, attention to detail and have the ability to problem solve.
- Experienced at dealing with confidential information and maintaining high levels of integrity.
- Computer literate and proficient in using programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Word and vehicle registration systems. Experience with Kerridge and DVLA processes is preferred.
Who you are:
- Extremely organised and have experience in a Vehicle Sales Administration role.
- Be extremely personable and efficient in their daily duties with attention to detail at the forefront.
- Have a pro-active work ethic and be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and different teams.
Main responsibilities and day to day duties:
- Bringing new and used vehicles into stock
- Registering and taxing new and used vehicles inline with DVLA requirements
- Invoicing vehicles when sold
- Administrating our funding system
- Raising work orders for vehicle preparation, valeting and deliveries
- Completing daily banking tasks
- Daily consignments and appropriations
- General support to the sales teams
