Who You’ll Be Supporting & More About the Role

Hi! I’m Tosin and I live in Inverness. I live with bipolar disorder and learning disabilities. I’m looking for kind, positive people who can help me through the tough days and enjoy the good ones with me. Experience in mental health, learning disabilities or trauma-informed care is a big plus.

  • Everyday stuff like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and going to appointments
  • Managing my money
  • Having someone around at night to chat with and make sure I’m safe and comfy

We’re hiring for a Support Worker for 42 hours per week (shifts are 8am - 8pm and sleepovers are also required). Flexibility with schedule required – Monday to Sunday.

Occupational requirement: For this particular role, a male colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
