[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a Chef to join their onshore team on a permanent basis, based at their office in Aberdeen.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ordering of all provisions including dry goods.
Preparing daily breakfast & lunch menus and cooking same.
Costing new items coming onto menus.
Checking deliveries, sorting problems as and when they arise.
Arranging paperwork for Accounts Payable department.
Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.
Ensuring temperature logs are carried out and are up to date.
Ensuring kitchen meets legal requirements for HSE & EHO.
Ensuring all mandatory regulations are up to date and met.
Advise Office Facilities Manager or Office Facilities Assistant of any faults or defects.
Any other duties as required by the Office Facilities Manager.

Requirements

Commis chef, Sous-chef or higher.
Food Hygiene Environment Certificate
Demonstrates a personal commitment to a positive working environment.
Organisational Qualities.
Communication and Presentation Skills
Personnel Management Skills
