Consultant / Senior Consultant – Transaction & Investor Services (TIS)
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their Transaction & Investor Services team in London. This role supports private equity funds and corporate clients along the full investment life cycle, focusing on commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Support private equity funds, strategic investors as well as corporate clients along the full investment life cycle
- Undertake commercial due diligence (both buy- and sell-side) and post-deal value creation work for a broad range of investors, but with a primary focus on mid-large cap PE and Infrastructure funds
- Join a UK TIS team that will proactively help you with your long-term career development and planning; our UK TIS Partner and Principal team is entirely home grown
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Essential
- 2-5 years of prior consulting experience, working specifically on due diligence and private equity value creation engagements
- Best-in-class communication skills
- Ability to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for private equity clients
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
