Roland Store Stock Administrator & Customer Support

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group Ltd is hiring a Stock Administrator & Customer Support for the Roland London Store. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Roland Showroom on Denmark Street, London.

The Position

We are looking for someone to support the store team in delivering the best experience on the operational side of the business—from products arriving in our store until goods are delivered to customers' homes or workplaces. You will ensure all stock arriving in our shop and warehouses is accounted for accurately, track shipments, oversee inventory audits, make sure stock rooms are organised, products are priced and deliveries run smoothly.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory related issues.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing stock counts, reconciliations and data entry tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes.
  • Good numerical and mathematical skills for inventory calculations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Communication skills to interact with individuals, customers, and the wider Roland/BOSS team at all levels.
  • An interest and knowledge in music and musical equipment is a bonus but not essential.
