The Role

This is an exciting time for the [Employer hidden] as part of our new business plan, with ambitions to significantly expand our youth music programmes for young people. This role will ensure the delivery of high quality, dynamic and engaging range of programmes for young people aged 11 - 30 yrs in music; combining learning and development activity with professional creative practice to ensure progression pathways across [Employer hidden]’s broad creative offer and into the Creative Industries. This post will require being flexible in days/hours worked throughout the week and involves regular evening and weekend work.

About You

We are looking for someone who has excellent project management skills, a proven ability to devise and deliver compelling creative and professional skills development programmes for young people, and a deep and broad knowledge of the Music industry and cultural education sector. We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. The successful candidate will be required to have a current and acceptable enhanced DBS check due to the nature of the role.
