About the [Employer hidden]

[Employer hidden] is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s we’ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities – day in, night out. We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.

The Role

Are you passionate about creative marketing with purpose? In this 6-month fixed-term role, you will be the creative and operational centre of our Youth Marketing team, helping us reach the next generation of creatives (aged 11-30) by delivering high-energy campaigns across our youth programmes and memberships.

This is a role for a storyteller who loves data. No two days at the [Employer hidden] are the same: you might spend your morning capturing the energy of a live workshop on your phone for TikTok, and your afternoon monitoring email open rates to see if that content hit the mark. Reporting to and supported by the Senior Marketing Manager (Youth Focus), you will blend creative content production with smart performance tracking to ensure our marketing is as impactful as the programmes we run.

Working as part of a passionate, collaborative team, you will coordinate the launch of termly workshops, manage our digital hubs, and gather the 'numbers that matter' to help us share the story of our success. This is a 3-day-a-week role designed for a proactive marketer who wants to make a tangible difference in one of the world’s most iconic venues.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About You

We are looking for someone with creative flair and operational precision. You should have demonstrable marketing experience (ideally in the arts or youth sector) and be tapped into youth culture, as well as being highly organised and data-driven. You’ll be comfortable using CMS and social media tools, have excellent copywriting skills, and possess the ability to manage a varied workload effectively within a part-time schedule.

We welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own skills, experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same. We encourage those currently underrepresented across the cultural sector and all intersections of our diverse society to apply.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.

Benefits

  • 25 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays pro rata, increasing after 2 years service up to 30 days

  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
