Duty Manager

Salary: £29,718 per annum (£15.24 p/h)

Contract type: Permanent | Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis

About the Role

The Duty Manager is a vital member of [Employer hidden]'s Operations & Front of House team, reporting to the Duty Manager Supervisor. Primarily responsible for supervising day-to-day operation of [Employer hidden]'s buildings, ensuring safety and security of staff, students, and public, while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing smooth running of shows, events, and courses
  • Assisting during evacuations and acting as a First Aider
  • Providing administrative support to the Venues Manager
  • Setting up spaces (moving furniture as needed)
  • Managing building operations, including opening, locking up, and regular checks
