SEND Keyworker
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a SEND Keyworker to join their newly transformed district teams. This hybrid role offers a mix of office and remote working to support work-life balance. Salary: £30,024-£33,699 per annum (annual). Permanent full-time, 37 hours per week. Closing date: 19 May 2026.

Main Responsibility
- Supporting the SEND Locality Leads to carry out the Local Authority's SEND duties in relation to co-ordinating Education Health & Care (EHC) assessments
- Producing EHC Plans and carrying out annual reviews
- Working closely with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities and their families as well as a range of qualified professionals in education, health and social care
- Developing collaborative and respectful relationships, promoting choice and independence and improve outcomes
- Ensuring that education, health, and care plans comply with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements in addition to the policies, standards and procedures
The Ideal Candidate
It's a fast-paced role so you'll need to be able to manage your own caseload independently and as part of the team. You will also:
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have knowledge of the SEND legislation plus it’s important that you can reflect on practice and improve as a result.
