Salary: £21,575 - £21,968 (Pro Rata)
Contract Type: Permanent Part Time (15 hours per week)

Job Introduction
This is a key role which will focus on delivering a safe and efficient reception service in support of District based staff. You will have excellent face to face and verbal communication skills and be a sensitive and attentive listener which will enable you to provide a range of reception duties, answering and filtering calls, taking room bookings, maintaining appointment systems, using databases and financial systems and applying relevant Health and Safety policies and practices.
Main Responsibility
- to undertake a range of customer care duties including meeting and greeting customers, answering queries
- to complete a range of administrative tasks ensuring compliance with business processes and Service Level Agreements.
- responsible for maintaining room bookings and general health & safety
- accurately input and maintain appropriate information systems
- undertake a range of financial transactions
- in support of practitioners produce a range of high-quality documents
- to provide support advice and guidance to practitioners in the use of the IT and related software including basic induction into systems and processes as appropriate.
- to maintain an awareness of policies, guidance, processes, and best practice relating to the service supported
The Ideal Candidate
Working in Business Support requires team work, good organisational skills and a good level of competency using IT systems. We are looking to recruit someone with:
- good written and oral communication skills
- experience using Microsoft office or equivalent
- experience of dealing with internal and external customers
- good time management skills and be flexible
