Curriculum Manager – Business & Accounting

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Curriculum Manager for Business & Accounting to lead and develop the department, manage a team of lecturers, drive high standards in teaching and learning, and ensure strong student outcomes. Salary: £46,078 - £49,718 per annum. Location: Stanmore. Employment type: Full Time, Permanent. Application deadline: 21 May 2026.

The Role

You will lead the Business & Accounting department at [Employer hidden], with responsibility for managing a team of staff and overseeing the delivery and continuous development of a high-quality curriculum.

  • Lead and manage a team of lecturers, supporting performance management, professional development, and the establishment of a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring strong student outcomes.
  • Develop and enhance a forward-thinking curriculum that reflects industry needs and progression pathways.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including recruitment, retention, achievement, and student satisfaction.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance processes, including internal verification and continuous improvement.
  • Support student recruitment, marketing activities, and employer engagement initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to support learner progress, behaviour, and progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment.
  • Work collaboratively across the College to ensure the effective use of resources and the delivery of a high-quality learner experience.
