Community Staff Nurse-SLW (Band 5)
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an enthusiastic Community Staff Nurse to join the Stourbridge District Nursing team. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £32,073 - £39,043 per annum pro rata. The position involves providing nursing care to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.

Person Specification
Qualifications & Education (Essential)
- First level Registered Nurse with NMC
- Nursing degree or equivalent experience
Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in a community setting
- Substantial post registration experience
- Completion of preceptorship/support skills
- Computer literate
- Venepuncture
Communication & Relationship Skills (Essential)
- Attention to detail
- Respect for patients' dignity
- Ability to cope with unpredictable work patterns
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Must be able to commute to meet the need of a Community Staff Nurse
- Caring and responsible attitude
- Ability to work within a team and develop others
- Ability to work autonomously
