Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the team at [Employer hidden]. As an HCA, a drivers license and or access to your own transport is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in health to the nursing team.
• Assist with medication reminders and maintain accurate records.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents or patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents or patients.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents or patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
• Certification or training in healthcare assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid Drivers License.
