Hardware Technician Apprentice
RS Group is hiring a Hardware Technician Apprentice in London. This is a 2-year apprenticeship with a starting salary of £24,000 and fully funded training towards a Network Engineer qualification. The role is office-based in central London.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
As a Hardware Technician Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver hardware support across the business, ensuring our technology is reliable, accessible, and continuously improving. This vital role ensures that you along with the team are always ‘Making every day better’ for the people at RS.
What we’re looking for
- You don’t already have a Level 4 or higher IT qualification
- You have the right to work and live in the UK and have lived in the EU/EEA for the last 3 years
- You’re happy to travel to our central London office (this is an office based role)
- A strong interest in IT support and end user computing
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of hardware (desirable but not essential)
