Russian Speaking EA to Global Head, Corporate Experience, London

Job Description

Are you a Russian Speaking EA with experience of working within the corporate sector? Our client is now looking for a professional and hard-working Russian speaking EA to join a global firm supporting the Global Head of one of the departments and his team.

As Russian Speaking EA to Global Head and his team you will be coordinating the activities between London and Moscow offices for the Head and the department, dealing with international travel itineraries, organizing meetings and conferences, managing Head of the department's calendar, emails, screening calls. You will also be required to prepare monthly reports, presentations for the meetings and review documents to ensure all the corporate standards are met. As Russian Speaking EA to Global Head you will be responsible for proofreading and translating to/from Russian from/to English and providing ad-hoc support to the teams in London and Moscow.

Requirements

• Be fluent Russian and English speaker;
• Have at least 3+ years of PA/EA experience working for professional services company in Moscow or London, preferably within financial services or natural resources;
• Possess strong IT skills and be a confident MS Office user with advanced Excel skills;
• Be confident, responsible with outstanding communication skills;
