This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working HR Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the field, preferably in a UK based company. The position is offered by a well-established, extremely fast-growing consulting firm which provides a full range of consulting services, including immigration, accounting and property management. As a Russian Speaking HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the generation and monitoring of employment contracts, including employment agreements, compliance/resignation forms, monthly and yearly staff reports according to the UK standards. In addition, you will be required to set up HR policies for the organisation and might be involved in payrolls, labour and salary market analysis. You will also be required to create employee handbooks and assess the employee performance on a regular basis. In addition, you will be involved in office management. You will be responsible for the smooth administrative operation of the Company, communicating with the suppliers/contractors and making sure the Company gets the best terms and conditions, finding and setting up the relationships with new suppliers/contractors for various projects (office refurbishment, furniture, IT and communication, security equipment, stationery, food supply, etc.), liaising with other administrative assistants and receptionists.
