Russian Speaking Junior Advertising Sales Specialist, Central London

This is an amazing opportunity for a Russian Speaking Sales Specialist to join an established company in Central London. You will be able to gain insight into the company’s business while learning to apply different sales techniques and developing your skills. This is the perfect job for you if you are enthusiastic about sales and have a pro-active attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Attracting clientele and selling advertising space
  • Carrying out sales through face-to-face meetings and telephone sales
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and sourcing new businesses
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Promoting company services within the Russian Speaking community
  • Coordinating advertising process and developing channels of distribution
  • Developing strategies to expand the Company’s presence in London, which will involve attending various networking events as well as using your own personal connections
  • Developing ways to increase revenue through new sales activity: production of sales brochure, competitive event strategy, overall new business generation
  • Helping management with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Supporting clients and making sure their needs and expectations are met
  • Regularly researching the market and searching for new sales channels

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English languages
  • Strong experience in a sales role, media sector is advantageous
  • Proven record of over achieving sales targets
  • Enthusiasm, hungry sales approach and a pro-active attitude is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and rapport building skills
  • Target focused and money driven
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Personal clientele base is an advantage
  • Initiative, ability to work under pressure, responsibility, presentable appearance
