Location: London | Job Type: Permanent | Salary: £35000 — £50000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Management of household personnel in Central London
- Preparing rota and schedules
- Dealing with salaries and bonuses
- Reporting achievements to the Principal
- Handling holidays, replacements, hires and recruitment
- Arranging maintenance works/new designs within the estate
- Liaising with third party suppliers on daily basis
- Negotiating deals for works and replacements
- Arranging insurances
- Coordinating various events
- Budgeting for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Dealing with expenses and various invoices
- Managing various building, IT and organisational projects
Ideal Candidate
- Household Management experience ideally in the UK/EU
- Excellent English and/or French
- Superb organisational abilities, high level of management skills
- Knowledge of ‘where and how’ things are done/arranged in the UK
- Trustworthy, flexible and down to earth approach
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Eye to detail
