Russian Speaking Resource Manager, Family Office, London

Are you an experienced Resource Manager with excellent knowledge of UK employment and immigration law? Do you speak Russian? Then this is a great role for you! Our client is looking for a Russian Speaking Resource Manager to work in the close-nit team of this Family Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing in-house human resources, immigration and insurance operations
  • Dealing with recruitment agencies, negotiating terms, setting up HR policies and procedures according to UK law
  • Drafting employment contracts and establishing HR systems
  • Handling hiring and firing of staff
  • Managing immigration status of the Family across the globe, liaising with law firms, UKBA, international authorities, preparing reports and documents
  • Liaising with third parties, maintaining filing system, managing insurance policies globally
  • Conducting ad-hoc research and providing concise accurate reports within tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of UK immigration and employment law
  • Fluent Russian and English speaker
  • Previous experience working within a Family Office in the UK (ideal)
  • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative
  • Immaculate attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports
  • Willingness to work in a start-up environment with limited structure
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously
