This is a great opportunity for a reliable, highly competent and extremely organised PA, who would like to work within 50/50 office and household (East Sussex) based environment. The role would be perfect for a candidate who is looking for a more ‘hands on’ approach at work, use initiative on daily basis and participate in various exciting projects.

Responsibilities

Full support to the Family in terms of diary management, booking meetings, events and dinners
Monitoring expenses related to household matters, events and family travel
Travel and accommodation bookings
Liaising with household personnel regarding rotas and schedules
Hiring household personnel
Liaising with third party suppliers
Dealing with projects, renovations, maintenance matters
Ad-hoc errand running

Requirements

Sound PA experience in the UK
Speaks Russian
Driving license (ideally)
Lives within a reasonable reach of the Estate
