Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a top caliber Russian Speaking Legal Professional who would like to settle into a great hands-on position within a UHNW Family Office in the heart of London.
As a Russian Speaking Legal Counsel you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating various business opportunities worldwide;
- Drafting Term Sheets, Agreements, finalising Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Concession Agreements etc. with support of management, outsourced lawyers and business partners;
- Drawing long-term strategies in various litigation cases;
- Providing investment advisory worldwide;
- Maintaining and optimising the multijurisdictional asset ownership structures of the shareholder;
- Drafting various correspondences of the holding company as well as other companies within the group;
- Taking part in the Board meetings;
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Legal professional qualified/qualified by experience, UK qualification is not necessary;
- Have sound experience in corporate and commercial law;
- Private Office experience is a bonus;
- Ability to work on your own initiative and search for ways to improve processes;
- Pro-active in problem solving;
- Fluent in English and Russian with fluency in German considered as a bonus.
