Associate Vicar

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is a growing, charismatic evangelical Anglican church near the centre of Cambridge. We are seeking an associate vicar to work closely with our vicar and wider team in leading us into a new season of mission and ministry: For Jesus, For Everyone, For Cambridge & beyond. The role involves oversight of youth and younger adults (11-30s including students), teaching, evangelism, and discipleship.

About the Role

  • Share values around worship, teaching and ministry in the power of the Spirit
  • Have and maintain a deep & vibrant walk with Jesus
  • Be wise & teachable; willing to risk & step out in faith
  • Hungry to see the Holy Spirit move in power
  • Proven as a teacher/preacher/communicator
  • Track record in evangelism, making disciples, and raising up leaders
  • Oversight of youth and younger adults (11-30s)
  • Understand importance of promoting a safer church
