Duty Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Duty Manager for Bournemouth Airport (Bourne & Acre). This full-time role involves leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires previous bar experience, own transport, and flexibility across early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. Pay rate £13.81 per hour with additional £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager at [Employer hidden], you will take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly. Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive. Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for customer and team queries. Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements. Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail role is preferred.
