Location: Sheffield Station

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour, plus commission

Hours: Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week), varied shifts 6am-10pm including weekends

About the Role

[Employer hidden] UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as On Board Host for East Midlands Trains at Sheffield Station. No experience required; full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
  • Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
  • Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
  • Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs.

Requirements

  • Due to responsibilities, applicants need to be 18 years of age or over.
