Competitive salary of up to £32k to £34k plus management bonus
About the Role
We are the global food travel experts behind more than 500 brands. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Luton Airport. This is not just a front-of-house leadership position — it is a key operational and analytical role. You will work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality management — ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or airport environment.
- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in service and leads by example.
- Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with fellow managers toward shared targets and goals.
- Passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering results.
