About the Role

As an On Board Host you'll provide at-seat trolley service on TPE trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, handling transactions, and achieving sales targets. You'll travel on assigned trains independently, assist passengers, and meet contractual goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in a customer-facing role within Retail, Leisure & Hospitality
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Full training provided
