Job Description
Are you a Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional? Do you have experience working within the Real Estate/Property Sector? We are now looking for an exceptional Russian Speaking Sales and Business Development Professional to join a boutique Real Estate firm in the heart of London developing the Russia and CIS Desk.
Duties
- Drive sales and maintain client database via cold-calling, developing warm leads and face-to-face meetings.
- Market research, attending events, conferences and meetings with third parties.
- Attending viewings with clients, negotiating and closing deals (with supervision).
- Setting up your own client base.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English speaker; Mandarin is a bonus.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working within the Property Sector as a Sales & Business Developer.
- Experience working within the Russian and CIS Markets in the UK with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Sociable, positive and energetic approach.
- A go-getter!
