Job Description
We are now looking for an exceptional Property Investment Executive, to join an Investment Fund in the heart of London. As a Property Investment Executive you will be involved in property investments with both residential and commercial in Central London and Europe.
Duties will involve:
- Managing real estate investments by acquiring, developing and selling;
- Intensive search within the UK Property Market for outstanding investment opportunities, both residential and commercial;
- Monitoring the developments of agreements and developing options;
- Deal and transaction structuring, transaction support;
- Preparation of regular investment and operational performance reports;
- Dealing with local investment communities; government authorities, legal and financial advisors, contractors or any other third parties when required;
- Identifying and implementing new resources/technology for efficient results;
Ideal Property Investment Executive will be/have:
- Fluent English speaker (Russian is a bonus)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Finance or Business Administration;
- 2+ years of experience with UK real estate portfolio (residential/commercial);
- An in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry across UK;
- Strong analytical, communications and people management skills;
