Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 p.a. (DOE) plus benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a pro-active, highly organised and hands-on individual to join our growing finance department. This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of high-level financial reporting and day-to-day operational tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform daily, weekly and monthly activities to support business needs
- Play lead role in delivering the Month-End closing process
- Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts
- Produce quality management reporting and analysis
- Act as key point for external auditors
- Plan and execute periodic stock counts
- Evaluate and improve financial tools, systems, and processes
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Required
- Qualified or qualified-by-experience (QBE)
- Confident communication with all levels
- Experience as Senior Management Accountant, Finance Manager or similar
- Prior line management experience (desirable)
- IT competent, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage 200 (desirable)
