Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundwork Gang to join a project in Trowbridge. The role will involve both front-end and back-end groundwork duties, so candidates must be competent across all aspects of groundwork operations.
Groundwork Gangs Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of front-end and back-end groundworks
- Drainage, foundations, kerbing, and paving
- Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Groundwork Gangs Requirements
- Proven experience in both front-end and back-end groundworks
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- CPCS/NPORS (preferred, depending on role)
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a gang
