You will work as part of the wider team, understanding that your role plays a direct part in keeping service users safe and comfortable. Attention to detail matters. Consistency matters. Doing the job properly, even on busy days, matters. Your working hours will be worked fairly across seven days for our 20 hours per week (evenings) Shifts times are 4.30pm - 8.30pm.

About You

You do not need previous experience in care, but you do need a strong sense of responsibility. You take pride in your work and understand that high standards are not optional. You follow guidance, work methodically, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You understand the importance of confidentiality and respect people’s privacy when working in bedrooms and personal spaces. You are reliable, consistent, and willing to learn. Full training and support will be provided.
