Based at Thorpe House, Loughborough, this full-time permanent role involves site visits, compliance audits, incident investigation, contractor management, and refurbishment projects.

About the Role
As an Estate and Health & Safety Team Coordinator with [Employer hidden] Group, you will be part of the team responsible for maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed environments across our services. Your role will have a direct impact on the safety of our service users, staff, and visitors, ensuring that estates and health and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across all services.
- Carrying out site visits to monitor standards, identify risks, and ensure safe working environments.
- Assisting with health and safety compliance, including audits, training, and documentation.
- Supporting the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, including follow-up actions.
- Working with contractors and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.
- Assisting with refurbishment projects and wider estates initiatives.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes within estates and maintenance teams.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on compliance activity across sites.
Requirements
Hold one of the following as a minimum:
- IOSH Working Safely
- IOSH Managing Safely
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
You should have previous experience in health and safety management, along with experience in estates or facilities management. You must hold a valid Driving Licence (required).
