Care Worker

As a Care Worker, you will be a vital part of our dedicated team, providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals who require support due to various challenges. Your role is to empower our clients to lead fulfilling lives, promoting their independence and well-being. This position involves diverse responsibilities and requires empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Support: Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assistance with Daily Living: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
Medication Management: Administer medications and maintain records.
Emotional Support: Provide companionship and active listening.
Community Integration: Encourage participation in social activities.
Behavioural Support: Implement behaviour management strategies.
Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in condition.
Safety and Hygiene: Ensure safe and clean environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records.
Empowerment: Support client autonomy.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a support worker or caregiving role preferred.
Relevant certification or training in support work, first aid, or related fields is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate demeanour.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Driving license is required.
