Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with clients across private, public, and third sectors to understand their needs
- Developing scopes of work that respond to client needs
- Leading end-to-end strategy development processes through co-creation
- Leading bid-related services and training
- Developing high-impact reports for diverse audiences
- Designing and facilitating workshops, interviews, presentations
- Applying strong project management to multiple client engagements
- Collaborating with Sales Team on business development
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years consultancy or advisory experience in sustainability, ESG, and/or Social Value
- Strong understanding of UK/global social impact landscape
- Experience delivering high-impact strategies across industries
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of change management and transformation
- Strong project management and multi-project management skills
- Good analytical skills and data literacy
