Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Establishing portfolio governance (structure, forums, cadence, reporting)
• Creating standardised demand intake and prioritisation processes
• Delivering full visibility across initiatives, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Improving audit readiness (Internal / External Audit, 2LoD / 3LoD)

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong experience managing large-scale technology or risk portfolios in financial services
• Deep understanding of Technology Risk & Controls, including governance, audit, and remediation
• Proven track record of setting up governance frameworks from scratch
• Comfortable operating across complex stakeholder environments

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience transitioning programmes into BAU
• Project/programme delivery background
• knowledge of risk tooling and reporting frameworks
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at senior level
