Right now, we are looking for a talented People Partner to join us, reporting to the Head of People Partnership. You will be skilled in your field, a natural relationship builder who is able to manage multiple projects and priorities. You will be empathetic; high care and colleague wellbeing is as important to you as it is to us. You will be a great listener, with exceptional communication skills. You will be curious, always looking at how we can keep delivering better for colleagues. Previous experience in a similar role is crucial, and whilst it would be ideal if this was within a regulated business, this is not essential. Role Responsibility

  • Partnering leaders on colleague casework which typically includes more complex and sensitive cases such as supporting absence, managing performance and capability.
  • Coaching and supporting line managers and colleagues in a proactive manner to resolve cases.
  • Identifying hotspots and trends using data and MI and identify and provide proactive solutions.
  • Proactively owning and delivering on projects.
  • Treating people in a way that supports our culture.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good knowledge of Employee Relations procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Confident and able to conduct difficult and potentially sensitive conversations with both Managers and Colleagues.
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
