Website Content Lead – Travel

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Content Lead to take ownership of our Travel websites and the end-to-end customer journey across them. Reporting into the Web Performance Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, engaging, and high-performing digital experience for our customers.

  • Salary: £42,000 - £48,000
  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Work Type: Hybrid - Folkestone (3 days a week in the office)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in website content management and digital customer journey optimisation
  • Strong understanding of website structure, navigation and user journey best practices
  • Highly data-driven, with proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS), ideally Storyblok and Sitecore
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a passion for quality
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
