[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a People Coordinator on a fixed-term 12-month contract. This hybrid role offers remote working with occasional visits to the Kent hub.

And right now, we are looking for an experienced People (HR) Coordinator to join our People team, on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The role is full-time, but we’d be happy to hear from part-time applicants who are able to work every weekday.
You will bring experience in a similar position and strong MS skills including Word and Excel. You will have effective communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to work and positive can-do attitude.
Role Responsibility
- Onboard new starters, including issuing contracts and offer letters, and accurately uploading to the HRIS.
- Action contract changes in a timely manner including accurate paperwork to share with the relevant line manager
- Maintain knowledge on systems and increase knowledge levels to enhance the service offered to the business
- Respond clearly to all colleague enquiries and external stakeholders in a timely and personalised manner
- Act as first point of contact for all People-related queries
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- An ability to have discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Word, advanced Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numeracy skills
- Have a proactive approach to work and be able to pick things up quickly and have a positive can-do attitude
