About the Role

As OnePLM Lead, you will drive the introduction, deployment, and adoption of the OnePLM solution across our industrial organisation. Your mission will be to standardise and integrate Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, ensuring efficient product development, configuration control, and digital continuity across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

In this role, you'll act as the main liaison among business stakeholders, IT, and external PLM partners to enable successful implementation aligned with aerospace regulatory and programme requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of the OnePLM platform across multiple industrial programmes
  • Coordinate system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities
  • Define, standardise, and govern PLM processes (engineering change, BOM management, configuration control, document management)
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (such as AS9100)
  • Build governance frameworks for data integrity and lifecycle management
  • Drive alignment with enterprise digital transformation objectives
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams
  • Facilitate workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

  • Track record deploying or leading major PLM solutions - Essential
  • Strong process optimisation and standardisation experience - Essential
  • Good understanding of BOM management and configuration control - Essential
  • Experience within regulated industries (ideally aerospace) and AS9100 knowledge - Essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Essential
  • Experience delivering change management and training to end users - Desirable
  • Experience with digital transformation programmes - Desirable
