QA Specialist - 1 year FTC (Maternity Cover)

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a QA Specialist for a 1-year fixed term contract (maternity cover) to work remotely in the UK. The role involves reviewing digital learning products, testing interactions, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure high quality and accessibility.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a QA, quality assurance or review-based role (ideally within digital, creative or eLearning environments)
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice what others don’t
  • Understanding of digital products or eLearning tools (e.g. Storyline, Rise)
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Confident communicator who can give clear, constructive feedback
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving quality
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

Job Responsibilities

  • Review digital learning products to ensure quality, functionality, consistency and accuracy
  • Test interactions, navigation, audio and visual elements across a range of learning experiences
  • Work closely with Learning Experience Designers, Visual Designers, Developers and Project Managers to resolve issues quickly
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback that improves outputs and ways of working
  • Track and document QA feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to evolving QA standards and best practice across the Bespoke team
