[Employer hidden] is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for SMB private companies across Europe. What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB private companies across Europe (VC-backed startups up to 150 employees).
  • Manage inbound leads and run deals from first call to signed contract.
  • Build outbound pipeline using AI-native tools like Claude, n8n, and Gong.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outbound strategies and contribute to sales process improvements.
  • Attend in-person office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) during the first two months for faster ramp-up.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience at a B2B SaaS company with consistent quota overachievement.
  • Possess best-in-class outbound prospecting skills and can create pipeline from scratch.
  • Are comfortable engaging with founders, Heads of People, and CFOs.
  • Are technically savvy with modern AI-heavy sales tech stacks.
  • Have strong ownership and a hunger to learn equity management concepts.
