Endoscopy Team Lead
Spire Wellesley Hospital is seeking an Endoscopy Team Lead to manage the endoscopy service and lead the team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, UK.
Job Description
Spire Wellesley has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties. We are offering a £5000 joining bonus to direct applicants that apply before 28th February 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in provision of care.
- Provide leadership, advice, and support to other staff.
- Support the Theatre Manager in overall management of the healthcare environment.
Who We're Looking For
- NMC registered with no restrictions on pin.
- Minimum 2 years Endoscopy experience.
- Experience with leading teams and mentorship desirable.
- Compassionate with excellent patient care and communication skills.
