Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing electronics design team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Manage electronics design projects from concept to production, meeting timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Drive technological innovation in circuit design, PCB layout, embedded firmware, and system integration.
• Act as main point of contact for electronics design matters, communicating with senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and design for manufacturability/testability.
• Develop and manage budgets for the electronics design function.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in electronics design with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a regulated industry.
• Expertise in analogue/digital circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded firmware (C/C++, VHDL/Verilog).
• Proficiency with electronics CAD tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle) and simulation software.
• Knowledge of EMC, safety standards (CE, UL), and product certification processes.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies, signal processing, and power electronics.
• Excellent project management and people management skills.
