Sales Engineer / Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer/Manager to represent the company as market leader in steam system design. The successful candidate will utilize consultative selling to uncover customer pain points and align steam expertise.

Position Summary

To represent [Employer hidden] Pte Ltd as the market leader in steam system design, providing expertise, solutions and sustainability. Offer professional customer service in developing long-lasting relationships, demonstrating core values on Safety, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Excellence, Respect and Integrity.

Basic Duty & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Pharmaceutical Industry sales and business growth.
  • Actively pursue new clients.
  • Promote [Employer hidden]’s product range to existing cliental base.
  • Maintain customer records through CRM.
  • Recommend steam system improvements to end-users, EPCs and contractors.
  • Negotiation, closing of sales and product presentations.
  • Preparation of tender bids for project quotes.
  • System commissioning with Service team.
  • Generate reports to customers and supervisor.
  • Operate as a team player.
  • Optimize penetration in key customers.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in steam or relevant industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven desire to sell and work towards targets.
  • Knowledge of Digital connected services and/or sustainability desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Willing to travel for business trips.
