Head of Human Resources, Industrial Equipment Heating & Functions

Senior HR Business Partner serving as strategic-people advisor for Industrial Equipment Heating division within [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], part of Spirax Group. Responsible for talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and change management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR advisor to Division Director, Industrial Equipment Heating Division Head, and Financial Director, ETS.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive leaders.
  • Partner with ETS HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Own talent strategies for Industrial Equipment Heating leadership.
  • Ensure effective execution of people strategy across geographies.
  • Bring external insight into leadership and talent discussions.
  • Act as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders.
  • Lead and support complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Proactively identify systemic people risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive HR experience including senior HRBP or director-level roles in global matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting business divisions and global functions; Finance preferred.
  • Strong commercial, organizational, and financial acumen.
  • Proven capability in talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership.
  • Exceptional relationship building, coaching, and communication skills.
  • High learning agility and comfort managing complexity.
