The role
- Support the efficient delivery of a distance-selling pharmacy dispensing service in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Dispense medication safely and accurately.
- Ensure timely packing, dispatch and delivery of prescribed medications.
- Provide healthcare advice and patient support via telephone and email.
- Manage operational and clinical queries from healthcare practitioners.
- Complete prescription administration accurately.
- Dispense medication into monitored dosage systems including blister packs.
- Pack medications into appropriate delivery packaging.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence.
- Adhere to Company policies and regulatory requirements.
Who we need
- Qualified pharmacy dispenser with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services.
- At least one year’s dispensing experience.
- Strong expertise in safe medication dispensing, including monitored dosage systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
- Confidence in handling clinical and operational queries.
