The role

  • Support the efficient delivery of a distance-selling pharmacy dispensing service in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Dispense medication safely and accurately.
  • Ensure timely packing, dispatch and delivery of prescribed medications.
  • Provide healthcare advice and patient support via telephone and email.
  • Manage operational and clinical queries from healthcare practitioners.
  • Complete prescription administration accurately.
  • Dispense medication into monitored dosage systems including blister packs.
  • Pack medications into appropriate delivery packaging.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence.
  • Adhere to Company policies and regulatory requirements.

Who we need

  • Qualified pharmacy dispenser with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services.
  • At least one year’s dispensing experience.
  • Strong expertise in safe medication dispensing, including monitored dosage systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Confidence in handling clinical and operational queries.
